Being a lifelong learner.

I am a sucker for online education and love it even more when it is free! I can afford to pay to learn but then I am more fortunate than most. It is the big idea behind quality free education that thrills me and having the content online is the cherry on top. Knowing that regardless of where you live in the world, if you have access to the internet and a computer you can enrol for courses where you can further your education.

I have done courses through Stanford online, coursera, codecademy and now I have enrolled for  a course with codeschool. I have to pay a monthly fee for these courses but I am interested to see how the course content is structured and delivered and measure it against other online courses that I have completed.

I highly recommend that everyone try a online course regardless of your age or geographic location. It can be a course to help further your career, set you on a new career path or just for interest sake. The more people that have access to information the better, its an exciting new world out there!
